Margaret Johnson is the Managing Director for the London Office, Margaret oversees strategic initiatives, business development, and client relationships while leading the regional team to achieve operational excellence.

Before joining IIAC, Margaret held senior leadership positions at global investment firm and served as Regional Director in the financial firm and served as Regional Director in the financial services sector, where she successfully expanded market presence across Europe.

Steven Morris is the Senior Investment Director based in our New York office.

With over 15 years of experience in financial markets, Steven previously served as Head of Alternative Investments at leading global bank and Portfolio Manager  at a top-tier hedge fund, where he consistently delivered above-market returns for institutional clients.

At IIAC, Steven specializes in developing innovative investments strategies, conducting in-depth market analysis, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders across our investment portfolio.

JENNY HUANG

MARKETING HEAD

At IIAC, Jenny leads the global marketing team, developing innovative strategies that strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth across all markets.

Jenny brings 8 years of expertise from previous roles as Marketing Director at a leading financial services firm and VP of Brand Strategy at a digital marketing consultancy, where she pioneered award-winning campaigns that significantly increased market share and client acquisition.

SARAH JONES

INVESTMENT MANAGER

Sarah specializes in identifying high-growth opportunities across emerging markets, managing a diverse portfolio of assets valued at over $800 million.

Prior to IIAC, she spent eight year at Goldman Sachs as Vice President of Investment Strategy and three years at BlackRock developing quantitative investment models that consistently outperformed market benchmarks.
